Multi-Channel Outbound Orders

Outbound orders management in Odoo gives you the scale of Amazon’s world-class fulfilment network while lowering costs and freeing time and resources to focus on growing your business.  

 
Creating Outbound Order Manually 

You can create Outbound order manually, by navigating to Sales. You need to choose the sales Quotation for which you need to create an outbound order and then from Other Info tab, you need to set FBA warehouse from where you want this order to be shipped.

Once you create outbound orders, you will be able to view all the outbound orders from **​Amazon / FBA / Outbound 

orders**.

Other Fields description : 

  • Notify By Email :

If you wish to notify the followers by Email you can tick the ​Notify By Email​ option.

  • Displayable Date Required?

If this field is true then the system will ask to select order date. 

  • Displayable Order Date

Amazon will print date in the order package.

The user needs to enter the values in the required fields and click on create or cancel button. After that, the system will just prepare order and user can create, update or cancel fulfilment order. If the order is already shipped and the user tries to cancel the order then Amazon will give an error. These orders must not be confirmed by the user manually, the system will automatically process all outbound orders by Amazon shipment reports.

 

 
Creating Outbound Orders through Scheduler : 

You can configure the outbound orders using the scheduler by navigating to ​Amazon / Configuration / Amazon Settings / Outbound shipment.
