Import TaxClass

TAX CLASS

Within Magento, tax classes can be assigned for customers, products, and shipping. The platform dynamically evaluates each customer’s shopping cart to compute the relevant tax based on the customer’s class, the product class within the cart, and the applicable region determined by the customer’s shipping address, billing address, or shipping origin. Furthermore, the system allows for the creation of new tax classes at time of definition of tax rules.

By performing this operation all the Magento’s Tax Class is imported from magento to odoo.

 

All Tax Class data will list under the Magento > Product > Tax Class.

 

NOTE

• Tax Class cannot be deleted once they are imported but you can archive it. 

• Import of tax class is necessary in case you want to export product from Odoo to Magento Store. You won’t be able to export product if tax class is not imported.
