Import Released Order from Walmart

After doing the above as the Pre-Configuration, Now you are able to import the Order successfully.

Now go to Walmart / Processes / Walmart Operations menu and select the operation as import Released orders.

 

You can specify the start date here so that the system will know when orders should be imported. You can keep this field as empty as well. If you do that then the system will fetch all the orders with the open state for the last 30 days from the day you perform the operation.

If any misconfiguration or setting mismatch during the Import Process or there are no orders available to import, then the order will not import and Create the log for the Orders will be created in odoo as shown in the below if it’s imported successfully.

 

 

NOTE

It is recommended to follow the same tax configuration that you would manage in Walmart to make the order’s total amount identical.

All the Walmart Order-related information is stored in Sale order under the “Walmart Info”. As shown in the below screen-short

In this Tab, Walmart Order-related information like Walmart Seller Ref, Walmart Marketplace Ref, Walmart instance.

 

 

After creating a sales order, you can create an invoice manually from the sale order or by checking proper steps from the sales auto workflow.
