Setting Configuration

Select the shipstation instances from the dropdown.

When selects the shipstation instances it will show the “General Configuration”.

When add the tracking link from shipstation will direct your customer to your branded tracking page instead of the carrier’s tracking page. Your customer can see all the tracking details as well as the details of what is included in the shipment.

Set the supported weight UOM, it will use this selected uom while conversion.
