Prepare the delivery order to export to Shipstation

To export the order manually, users can map the Odoo warehouse with the Shipstation warehouse. Go to Shipstation / Configuration / Shipstation instance, select the warehouse. If no Odoo warehouse is mapped with the Shipstation warehouse then all the orders will be exported to the default warehouse.
