Get Rate from Delivery order.

Get rate feature is available at delivery order level for shipstation carriers irrespective of the “Cheapest Carrier Selection?” option selection. Go to delivery order and select the Shipstation carrier. Click on the “Get Rate” button.

Navigate to the “Shipstation info” tab. Users can see the different rates for all the services and packages.

Click on the “Use Service” button and the relevant service and package will be selected. Shipping rate will be updated accordingly.
