Auto Batch Creation

There is an option available with the shipping method to auto-create batches. Batch Order is the collection of Sales Order having the same Shipping Method and can be processed in a single shot, saving an ample amount of time.

This option is useful while automating the order processing. Go to the shipping method and click on the “Batch Configuration” tab and enable the Auto create batch option and Delivery order limit per batch.

 

Select the “Use existing Batch” to continue adding all the delivery orders to the currently running batch. System will create a new batch everytime If this option is not selected.

 

Select the “Auto Validate Batch” option to validate the batch automatically.
