Get Rate from Sales Order

This feature is only supported for the Shipstation carrier for which the user has not enabled the “Select Service/Package in Order” in the carrier. Refer above section for more detail.

 

 

You will get the warning message if there are multiple rates available on the Shipstation. Therefore, it is also recommended to enable the option Select Service/Package in Order while configuring the shipping method. The rates will be available on the Delivery Order if it is enabled which we will discuss further.
