Get Rate from Delivery order.

Get rate feature is available at delivery order level for ShipStation carriers irrespective of the “Select Service/Package in Order” option selection. Go to delivery order and select the Shipstation carrier.

 

 

Click on Get Rate. Navigate to the Shipstation info tab. You can see the Different rates for all the services and packages.

 

 

Now, click on Use Service button and the relevant service and package will be selected. The shipping rate will be updated accordingly.
