Cancel Shipment

Canceling the Shipment can be made possible before Sending Shipment Confirmation to ShipStation. You can cancel the shipment (generated label) in ShipStation. Go to the delivery order and click on the Cancel button available near the tracking number as shown below.

 

You can also cancel multiple shipments by selecting the records.
