To add synonyms groups for search criteria, go to Website App -> Configuration -> Search Synonyms Groups
Click on Create to add new synonyms group for search criteria
Add all relevant synonyms (comma separated) to create a group for search criteria and then select website name to include that synonyms group search criteria for that website
Click on Save button to save the added details
You can find the saved synonym group details on the screen of Search Synonyms Groups
