Common Schedulers for both FBM & FBA
User can configure many schedulers to set automated jobs to perform various tasks. To set scheduler, the user will require
to enter 3 values:
Time: you can set the interval in Hours & Days which means the scheduler will run after a selected time interval.
Execution date & time: Here you can set the execution date & time from when the scheduler will start.
User: You have to select the user through which you want the task to be carried out. Make sure that the user selected for this task should possess the rights for the same.
- Auto Request and Process Settlement Report?
By selecting this option user can request and process the settlement report from Amazon. You can create a scheduler to do this process.
- Auto Send Invoice Via Email?
By selecting this option you can send Invoices to Customer via email by the scheduler and this email is also visible in
the seller central backend.
- Auto Send Refund Via Email?
By selecting this option you can send the refund Invoices to the customer via email with the help of the scheduler.
- Request Rating Report?
This scheduler will request rating report from Amazon for the orders which have ratings 3 and below.
- Download and Process Rating Report?
This scheduler automatically will download and process rating reports for which seller has given ratings equal to 3 or less.
- Auto Request VCS Tax Report?
This scheduler will request a VCS tax report from Amazon at a given interval.
- Download and Process VCS Tax Report?
This scheduler will download and process VCS Tax reports. Once the report is processed, it will update the Tax amount in the orders and invoices.
- Auto Upload invoices from Odoo to Amazon?
This scheduler will automatically upload the invoices from Odoo to Amazon if the seller has not opted for Amazon’s VCS program.
