Export Shipping Details with the Package Tracking Number to Amazon

Once the orders are imported in Odoo, you can update the tracking number for each delivery order.

If you have one tracking number then you can configure it in the carrier tracking ref field which is provided by default in Odoo. 

If you have multi-tracking numbers then you can use Odoo packaging features. Do put in pack and set an additional reference in the package.

NOTE

If the product type is BOM(KIT) then the system will also manage in Update order status process.

There are 2 ways to update tracking numbers: 

 
1. Automatically through Scheduler 

You can set this automated job from Amazon configuration. This scheduler will set a specific interval for updating order status and tracking number from your Odoo to Amazon. You can set different schedulers for each of your marketplaces.

2. Manually Through operations 

You can also update the tracking number for selected/all of your marketplace manually at any point of time using this feature.  

You can perform this task from ​Amazon / Operations​. You need to select the Seller and FBM and from the FBM operation you need to select Update Tracking Number and Shipment Status, you will even need to mention the instance in which you wish to perform the operation.

In an update, the order status will select the delivery date as shipment done date.
