Cancel Sales Order in Shopify

Canceling the Sales Order in Shopify is completely manageable within Odoo itself. Again, no need to access Shopify backend for this process. You can Cancel the processed Sales Order by clicking on the button Cancel in Shopify. It will appear as soon as you process your Sales Order completely.

A new window will open in which you need to enter certain information. Select the appropriate Message why the order was canceled. Also, you can notify your customer by checking the box Notify by Email ?. If you are going to process the refund against that Sales Order, you can also generate a Credit Note for the same by checking the box Create Credit Note in ERP.

In addition, you can enter Refund Information just below it for refund reason, its date, and choose the journal if required.
