Import Cancel Order

You can Import Cancel Orders manually by navigating to Dashboard, Perform Operation select the instance in which you want to cancel Shopify orders in odoo which has canceled in Shopify store and from the operation select Import Cancel Orders. You will need to select the start date and end date from which you wish to import cancel Shopify orders in odoo which has canceled in Shopify store.

NOTE

When importing the cancel orders, It will not create new cancel orders in Odoo.

This Operation will cancel Shopify orders in odoo which has canceled in Shopify store between given date range and Find that order in Odoo. If that order is in quotation stage or Delivery order is not deiivered yet then it will cancel that order in Odoo and add a log note in Message section.

If Order is already delivered then It will only add log note in Message section.
