Note

Step-9: in the FBA tab go to inbound shipment. There the user can see the inbound shipment that he/she imports.
-
In the Inbound shipment normally the user will see 2 pickings.
-
1st from the user’s warehouse to transit location (that user needs to validate Manually.
-
2nd from the transit location to the FBA warehouse location (in this picking the user isn’t required to do any manual process). The connector will auto-validate this picking when Amazon receives all the inventory.
- Sometimes the user can encounter multiple pickings subsumed in a single inbound shipment without bifurcation. This is a normal situation in case of Inbound Shipment and no need to worry on this behalf.
- Sometimes Amazon may make a mistake in quantity calculation while receiving the inventory at Amazon or there is also one more possibility that they might misplace the inventory in their warehouse.
-
Subsequently, when those inventories are found or the computation is sorted, Amazon will add those additional quantities in the next inbound shipment.
-
In the connect the user can trace this mismatch too. This difference will be shown at the receiving stage of inbound shipment Or then after. In the Difference Quantity Column, there is “0” which means Amazon has received all the inventory perfectly.
-
In the difference Quantity column if there are any negative quantities which means at the seller central more quantities are counted. For this, the user will find one additional pickings. This difference will be for 2 reasons, 1st either Amazon has found a stock that was not counted before or as the time of receiving the inventory they over-counted.
-
In the difference Quantity column if there are any Positive quantities which means at Seller Central less quantity is counted. And in transit location in odoo, the user will see it. For this, the user will see less quantity in the pickings. There are 2 reasons for this. 1st time of counted receiving inventory there is some mistakes from the Amazon side or previously Amazon had counted more quantity which they set off here.
-
Here the user will see different stages for the inbound shipment, Such as Working, Ready to Ship, Shipped, Receiving, Closed, and Cancelled.
-
This status will change when the status changes in Seller Central. Here the Customer only needs to click on the check status button. The user can also set the scheduler for this process.
- Here the user will see different information related to the inbound shipment such as fulfillment center code, transport information, Shipping type, Pickings information, and error log if there is any mismatch.
