Outbound Shipment

  • Outbound orders management in the connector gives the user the scale of Amazon’s world-class fulfillment network while lowering costs and freeing time and resources to focus on growing your business.  

Here the connector has Two methods for creating an outbound order

  1. Creating Outbound Order By Manually

  2. With help of Scheduler

 
1.Creating Outbound Orders By Manually 

  • The user can create an Outbound order manually, by going to Sales.
  • The user needs to choose the Sales Quotation for which the user wants to create an outbound order and then from the Other Info tab the user can set FBA warehouse from where the user wants this order to be shipped.

  • Once the user creates outbound orders, the user will be able to view all the outbound orders from ​Amazon ↣ FBA ↣ Outbound orders

Configurations for Outbound orders:

  • Please refer the FBA Seller configuration > Outbound shipment

Other Fields description : 

Notify By Email:

  • If the user wishes to notify the followers by Email then the user needs to tick the ​Notify By Email​ option.

Displayable Date Required?

  • If this field is true then the system will ask to select the order date. 

Displayable Order Date

  • Amazon will print the date in the order package.

  • The user needs to enter the values in the required fields and click on the Create or Cancel button.
  • After that, the system will just prepare the order and the user can create, update, or cancel the fulfillment order.
  • If the order is already shipped and the user tries to cancel the order then Amazon will give an error. These orders must not be confirmed by the user manually, the system will automatically process all outbound orders by Amazon shipment reports.


 
2.With the help of Scheduler

  • The user can configure the outbound orders using the scheduler.
  • Go to ​Amazon ↣ Configuration ↣ Settings↣ Outbound shipment.
