Refund Order Management:

• Refund management is possible in our connector by activating the Webhooks for orders.
• You can follow below mentioned strps to create a refund in connector and update the same in Woo Commerce Store.
• Open any order, in which the invoice is available and it should be in a paid status.
• After that there will be an option of Add Credit Note, by clicking on that a new window will be opened.
• Enter the reason, Reversal date, jiurnal as per your requirement.
• Click on reverse and it will generate the credit note in draft status.
• Click on confirm and it will generate an invoice.
• Do a register payment in an invoice.
• After registering payment you wilk get an option of “Refund In Woo Commerce”.
• Click on it and it will refund at Woo Commerce Store.
