Product Categories - Import/Export and Update

• In Odoo, Navigate to the Operation.
• You will need to select the instance and from the operation you need to choose Import Categories.
• Once the product Categories are imported you will be able to see under WooCommerce -> Products -> Categories.

Note

• There is no relation / mapping in between Woocommerce Product Category & Odoo’s internal product category., i.e. Woocommerce Product Category will be managed only at the Woocommerce Layer

• If you wish to export the product categories you will need Navigate to Operations > select the instance in which you wish to export the Categories and select Perform Operation as Export Categories.

• If you wish to update the existing categories you will need to navigate to WooCommerce -> Products -> Products categories.
• Select the tag you have updated and from the Action menu, you need to select Update Categorey in WooCommerce.
