Import Shipped Orders via Webhook
- You can import shipped Orders via Webhook by navigating to WooCommerce -> Configuration - > Webhook Configuration section.
- You will need to activate Manage Orders via Webhooks. Any order placed/created after activating Manage Orders via Webhooks will automatically get imported to Odoo.
- For more detailed configuration you can refer to the above mentioned section as Webhook configuration.
Note:
- When importing the orders from Webhook, it only imports the orders which are been placed from WooCommerce Website and not from WooCommerce Admin Panel.
Note:
For Shipped orders
- System will automatically confirm the shipped order does not matter if the workflow confirms quotation is set or not
- System will create & validate stock moves and not create any delivery orders. If Inventory is not available then system will validate the stock moves forcefully
- If products with Lots/serial number so system will be reserved stock for shipped order based on the removal strategy configured in Odoo.
- If stock is not available for Lot/serial number products in Odoo , the system won’t process such orders & Odoo will raise the warning for such products.
