Cancel Order In WooCommerce from Odoo

• This feature allows you to cancel an order from Odoo to the WC store. The “Cancel In WooCommerce ” button is visible only while the order status is canceled in the odoo.
• Canceling the Sales Order in WooCommerce is completely manageable within Odoo itself.
• Again, no need to access WooCommerce backend for this process. You can Cancel the processed Sales Order by clicking on the button Cancel in WooCommerce. It will appear as soon as you process your Sales Order completely.
• When you cancel a delivery order in Odoo, it shows you an option to Cancel In WooCommerce on the delivery order page. Click the button and it asks you if you want to create an auto refund. You can choose if you want to Auto Create Refund or not and then click Cancel Order. This will cancel the order in WooCommerce.
• After clicking on this button a new window will open in which you need to enter certain information. Select the appropriate Message why the order was canceled. Also, you can notify your customer by checking the box Notify by Email ?. If you are going to process the refund against that Sales Order, you can also generate a Credit Note for the same by checking the box Create Credit Note in ERP.
• In addition, you can enter Refund Information just below it for refund reason, its date, and choose the journal if required.
