Import Cancel Order Manually
- Our connector imports cancel orders from the WC store by the scheduler or manually and cancel the orders which are already created in odoo with delivery not done.If delivery done so the system creates a log note.
- This operation will CANCEL WooCommerce orders in Odoo which have been canceled in WooCommerce store between the given date range and find that order in Odoo. If that order is in quotation stage or delivery order is not delivered yet then it will cancel in Odoo.
- If delivery is done, the system creates a log note in the Message section.
- If you want to import the Orders Manually,
- Navigate to WooCommerce app > Operations > Select the instance >Select the Operation as an Import Cancel Orders.
- You will need to enter the start date and end date to import the orders from WooCommerce store to Odoo.
- Click on the Execute button.
- System does not create an order queue for the cancel order. It will direct process on the order.
- After successfully importing the cancel orders you can see the all the orders under Sales > Orders > Quotation as a Canceled state
