Tax Configuration

• Before importing and processing the order form WooCommerce store to Odoo , you have to ensure the tax configuration as per the below.

WooCommerce Apply Tax

• We have 2 types of Tax Configuration. One is Odoo Default tax and another is Create new tax if not found.
• 1) Odoo default tax behavior - The Taxes will be set based on Odoo’s default functional behavior i.e. based on Odoo’s Tax and Fiscal Position configurations.
• 2) Create New Tax If Not Found - System will search the tax data received from Woocommerce store to Odoo, system will create a new tax if the tax is not available in Odoo.

Woo Tax Rounding method:

• You can Round the tax either on the order line or you can round the tax on the total amount.

Invoice Tax Account:

• You will need to mention the tax account you wish to set for the invoice.

Credit Note Tax Account

• You will need to mention the tax account you wish to set for the reverse invoice for if the products return or refund from the customer end.
